FTMI welcomes Danish songwriter Anna Lidell to its board of directors

Appointment brings invaluable European industry insight and experience.

At its board meeting on 25 March 2026, FTMI voted unanimously to invite Danish songwriter and composer, Anna Lidell, to join the organisation’s board.

Anna is a composer, entrepreneur, and former Chair of KODA (Danish CMO) and AUTOR (songwriters association), working across music, policy and technology. She is the co-founder and CEO of Sleeve where she is building the tools artists need to connect directly with fans; a single home for releases, newsletters and paid offerings. She has held board roles in CIAM’s executive committee, SPOT Festival and other music-related organisations, with a focus on artist rights, fair compensation and long-term sustainability in the music ecosystem.

As an active artist with more than 20 releases, composer (film, Netflix, DOX, etc.), label owner and manager, her work is grounded in practice, with a 360-degree understanding of the music business.

She holds a degree in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen and has pursued further studies in public governance and coaching.
