Songwriter, composer, former chair of KODA and Autor, CEO of Sleeve
Anna Lidell is a composer, entrepreneur, and former Chair of KODA (the Danish CMO) and Autor (songwriters), working across music, policy, and technology. She is the co-founder and CEO of Sleeve, where she is building the tools artists need to connect directly with fans; a single home for releases, newsletters and paid offerings.
She has held board roles in CIAM ExCo, SPOT Festival and other music-related organisations, with a focus on artist rights, fair compensation and long-term sustainability in the music ecosystem.
As an active artist (22+ releases), composer (film, Netflix, DOX, etc.), label owner and manager, her work is grounded in practice, with a 360-degree understanding of the music business.
She holds a degree in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Copenhagen and has pursued further studies in public governance and coaching.
