Songwriters Association of Canada

35 years of advocacy on behalf of Canadian music creators

The Songwriters Association of Canada is a friendly community of songriters that exists to support each other in the creative journey. It also advocates on behalf of songwriters to protect the value of their work. The association is represented at FTMI by its executive director, Zoë Cunningham. She began her career in classical music and commercial sound before moving into the pursuit of business administration and media management in the entertainment industries and live sound engineering.

Zoë now works in arts administration, and primarily with music creators and live performance groups everywhere.
